If you are interested in trying out for ANY team this year, make sure you have a sports physical on file with the school nurse and a permission slip turned in prior to tryouts. Students will not be able to tryout without a sports physical on file with Komarek.  If you need to check the status of your physical, please contact the school nurse.

Permission slips are available in both school offices, as well as printable online.
