Residency Hotline/Reporting Form

Komarek School District 94 works with retired law enforcement officers to investigate claims of students and families attending our district illegally. By law, students must attend school in the district to which their parents or legal guardians pay taxes. Families found to be in violation of Illinois School Code can be charged with a Class C misdemeanor and can expect to reimburse Komarek the amount of tuition owed for the time their child(ren) attended our school.

To report a residency concern or suspicion, please call the District Residency Hotline at (708) 447-8030 ext. 101 or fill out the Suspicion of Residency Violation form below.

We appreciate your support in helping us ensure that our resources are dedicated to the children living within our taxing body boundaries.
